I know it's only one more round, or two more if you have the 14 round mags, but this is pretty easy and cheap.

Para Ord 45 Mag bases fit both the FNP 45 14 and 15 round mags and allow them to hold 16 rounds. Shown are a 14 round mag and a 15 round mag with the Arredondo base on it.

Midway has the Arredondo mag bases, but OEM bases work too. Unfortunately, I can only find the whole mags and not just the bases.
