My MKIII has the stock smooth wood grips and when I'm shooting and my hands are sweaty it gets really hard to get a good grip, what grips are out there that provide more traction?

I use Black duragrips in their waspnest pattern for my MKIII 22/45 lite. If you have the steel frame, you may want to check out Hogue's G10 grip selection. I don't like the finger grooves but, Hogue, Pachmayr, and Volquartsen all make nice rubber sets.

Hogue also makes G10 grips with different textures as well for the MK3 IIRC.
