I figure if the grips are just 1911 grips, shouldn't there be a 1911 CT lasergrip that will work?

I would think so, my 22/45 Lite is the same as my G.I.1911A1 grip.

Yeah, I couldn't find any pics of a 22/45 w/ lasergrips...seems odd...maybe the front strap is different.
