10-8 work well too.
I've actually found that the top-rear of the sight blade on the 10-8 grabs clothing frequently as it's a sharper edge than Novak's sights.
All depends on how you run it. For instance, I find the 10-8 works better for over the top one-handed sling shot loading than the Novak. I run the Novaks, but the 10-8 work as well.
I've run both, including the Novaks on one 5 day class that was to say the least...very tough on the gun and the shooter. A few thousand reps will shed light on your gear; what works and what won't.
I found the Novaks to be a fine sight. Nothing fell off and it was easy to get on them.
The reason why I switched all my carry guns to the 10-8/Yost-Bonitz configuration is because of the one handed drills. It was more difficult to index the ejection port than it was on the sight ledge.
I've never felt either sight snagging to the point where it interfered with the drawstroke.
