Neither. If I had to pick... one piece. Have had the 2 piece ones unscrew sometimes while firing.
I like the GI setup. My Professional, GRP and CQB came that way. Guide rods are a waste of weight and money IMO. |

2 piece. They're easier to remove when I replace them with a GI type setup.
