Few questions. First is since I can't seem to locate a 10-8 long solid trigger, will the one they make for the Springfield  EMP work? Probably a stupid question but it looks the same and Brownells actually seems to have this one in stock. Next is how does the C&S slid long match trigger compare to the 10-8 offering? Thanks.

C&S's smooth trigger feels awesome. I have the med length in a springfield and I'll be getting one for my Kimber Eclipse soon.

The EMP was specifically made smaller to be a dedicated 9mm platform, so no, it will not fit. There's a reason why they make one specifically for the EMP now.

Take a look at the Heinie lightweight trigger.
