Does anyone make left handed a holster to fit a SIG GSR 1911 w/ Rail? Oh, and for CCW.

Try the usual suspects: Galco, Bianchi, Kramer, etc.

Many can make you something they don't normally offer.

I ordered a 911T lefthand model for a Nighthawk GRP Recon. Mine fits perfectly, no issues at all. Waiting time, IIRC, was about 6-7 weeks. Good customer service too...
