that is a hot fighting 1911, but if it were me, I'd leave the tactical-ness off and just stay with some VZ grips and no rail...

I like that! I'm leaning toward a Yo-Bo rail as well...
Did you install it or did Yo-Bo? Can you post a pic of the rail without the light on it? Thanks.. |

The guy who does all my machine work drilled the holes. I havent loctited it on yet, as I have to see how it holsters, if I'll keep it or not. I did knock off the slot corners, to keep them from dragging on the holster.
