Anybody ever damaged their gun dry firing?

I use Snap caps...I figure that it could not hurt.

I've cracked a few firing pin stops, but I dry fire A LOT.  Other than that, it's not an issue, and even when you crack a stop, it usually does not mean it will break all the way through.
