If the stovepipes keep up at that rate, install an extended ejector. They are cheap and easy to install.

I'll look into that ejector. It's my first 1911 so I really didn't know what to expect. A buddy of mine said it might stove pipe a few times until i get a few hundred rounds thru it and get it broken in. I've always shot Rugers and never had any break-in issues. Keith |
