I'm looking at 1911's on auction sites. I don't have the money for a Colt or Kimber. I'm seeing names like "High Standards" and "US Army". Are these worth anything?

The Least expensive 1911 that you're going to find that in my opinion is worth owning is a Springfield GI. They can be found for $430 new.
