+1 Why not pick the parts you want done and have them finished in Black-T? Only one place does it and that place is owned by the man that invented the finish, Walter Birdsong. Well I might be in the minority here but I personally cannot stand “salt and peppered” 1911s. Two-tone guns (blued top end/white bottom end, thank you  ) are classic and very becoming but the sprinkling of blued small parts on an over-all white gun or vice versa just reeks of amateur to me. No offence meant to anybody but I just can’t stand that look.

Actually you can take the S/S parts you want black and have them black oxidized in either a matt or gloss finish. They look pretty cool........
