I am looking at all kinds of .45's and the grips on a regular stack and the wide body oddly seem to be about the same thickness around.  Because of this, along with "having more is better" mentality with the ammo capacity, I am leaning to the SA hi-cap.  I have normal to slightly smaller hands and remember owning an Hk USP and it was a little hard to feel comfortable with. ANY info or input is apreciated. Thanks gang

Although both the USP and my Para hi cap are about the same size, the 1911 is a more comfortable grip for me. The larger grip on a hi cap 1911 is flater across the front and this gives me a good grip to draw the gun into my hand. You can also switch grips on a 1911 to get ones with more or less 'grip' which is something you can't do with the H&K.
