After receiving my Storm Lake barrel, and fitting it, I went to my dealer where my Ti-Rant is awaiting NFA paperwork approval, and mounted it. Nice....

Then I went to the range, and ran it with my buddy's YHM M2 Cobra. Not a bad can, if shot wet....

take it the sights can't be used with the can?

No. The can blocks the sights.

I think a Osprey will barely clear the sights of a standard 1911.

Great Video, I could hear a very distinct difference in the sound when you switched to the can.   Muzzle flip looked almost identical (perhaps even a bit more, or just more pronounced due to the additional length), but did you notice any felt recoil difference?

Didn't pay much attention to felt recoil.

Judging sound from a video is a tough one.

The place the video was shot, is a large clearing in the woods, so the sound kind of echoes around.

When I shot into the lake in front  of our berm, the sound of the round hitting the water was very noticeable.

Ok, thanks.  Just thought I'd ask because I've never shot a pistol supressed before and wanted to gain whatever information I could from your video.

That's beautiful, even if you can't get a site picture

This.  Mine just barely peek over the top.  Still probably want tall sights if your going to shoot lots.
