it has some holster wear up near the muzzle so hes not a complete rookie. It doesnt have a light on it either so he finally got off night shift too. Its expensive so hes been working long enough to get a a livable paycheck. Im thinking hes some level of higher up brass that sits behind a desk all day shining that thing and thinking up new ways to fuck honest hard working guys like me.

I think it's pretty cool to still see some LEO's carrying the 1911 platform. And agian- nice pistol.. Be safe out there!!

I bought it before I was making a meager po-leese salary. I switched to it about six months ago. Nope, not even a seargent, just plain old patrol. I'm not even high-speed-low-drag
cuban, The main reason I switched is that I point-shoot 1911's a little better than other stuff. It is also absolutely reliable, and hey, if I run out of ammo, it makes a good impact weapon

I must say, you've done an admirable job for six months of making sure that piece never comes in contact with anything in your patrol car, not a single door jamb or even a chair arm rest.

Yeah, it has a few bumps, but the finish has held up pretty well sofar. They are pretty small blemishes. Would you like me to go throw it down the driveway and then post some more pics?
