What is needed to convert a Mak to .380? If it is a few simple parts maybe I'll keep tham around just in case of a 9x18 shortage in the distant future. Any function issues in .380?

Check out this page on Makarov.com website for a summary of how it's done. Note they refer to a barrel press, which makes the job mucho easier. They sell the press on the accessories page, though it says right now they're out of stock. If you're handy, you can do it with correct punch size and some dexterity.
