Just picked up a East German one....Now I need ammo. Whats the good stuff? I don't want steel cases. Looking for 1K.

Also try www.dansammo.com/. I got my last 1K there. www.ammoman.com has it too. As far as the Maks go, there is no problem with using steel cases. For the last 3K rounds, I've used Russian FMJ and HP. Where did you get the EG Mak? They seem to have temporarily dried up. Congrats on the new purchase. You'll have lots of fun with it. |

I always hit the pawn shops and found one that looked like new....and it maybe new. I've yet to fire it. I just sent in a MO in for ammo. Talked them down to 175.00 cash for the EG mak. I believe I did good. Rick |
