One of my recent restorations.  The Luger had previously been refinished with a mirror black Darth Vader type finish.  I returned it to a Rust Blue finish.

Here is the Luger AFTER I took that mirror polish black finish off and pre rust blue. Thanks for the kind words.

That looks very nice.
Guy at work has one with a matching snail drum, but no stock or holster. The finish is probably fair. I've tried talking him into getting it refinished,  but no luck yet.
