Here is a vintage Mauser Broomhandle pistol model 1896 in caliber 7.63. Features include a rear tangent sight calibrated to 1000 meters, 5.5 inch barrel, fire-blued parts, matching serial numbers ( including holster stock ) commercial Crown/Imperial German proofmarks, serial number range 105xxx. The original blueing rates 85%+ with a frosty bore showing signs of corrosion. Included is a wooden combination holster/shoulder-stock serial numbered to the gun, bearing a very old crack repair.
