Are you talking about NRA Bullseye competition?
If so I use a High Standard .22, either a S&W Model 52 or Clark Custom Long-slide (both .38 Special Wad-Cutter), and the old faithfull Colt Series 70 Gold Cup .45ACP.  They are all pretty old in my standard.  There older than me anyway... LOL

My trusty SIG P-229/.40 cal. Rifle is Bushmaster shorty, and rem 870 shotgun.  I am staying in IPSC limited so I can't use the fancy sights, compensators, etc.

In open class I shoot EAA Silver Team with propoint in 9X21 a 11.5" M16 with Propoint in .223 or a 11.5" M16 9mm with Cmore depending upon the rifle I deem best for the match. Shotgun I shoot Rem 1100 20" barrel with 10-shot tube.

In limited class I would shoot the Rem 1100 with shorter tube, my 45 Gold Cup, and my AR10 A4 with Iron Sites.
