Cor-Bon makes supposedly the hotter factory ammo these days. There's some hunting loads up in the 180gr area that's a handfull.
I have a 28 & they're a load of fun to shoot. I wouldn't necessarily load it up on the hottest stuff I could find though. Just enjoy that fine piece of workmanship. |

That gun, if it were mine, would probably get more wear from fondling than shooting.
Even some .38 wadcutters for accuracy would be fun to plink with. (at less expense) I think Santa gave me your shirt...and you got my magnum by mistake! A classic since 1935, Bobs right, enjoy! |

Thanks guys. I'm starting out with some plain plinking stuff, 125grn umc stuff.
I won't shoot it alot, but would like to have some hot loads for it when i do. Thanks again. TXL |
