Yesterday I picked up 900 rounds of this PMP, 115gr. FMJ for $5 a box, was that a good deal? How is this ammo reliability wise? It looks very nice, and the guy I bought it from just needed to unload it.

Excellent ammo, excellent price! I'll take all I can get at $10 per 100rd.

Isn't that the South African ammo?

Yes its from the pretoria(sp?) metal pressing facility, so far I've heard it's actually a good round.

Is it any better than the Winchester that Wally World has for $10 per hundred? I have had good luck with the Winchester, in my pistols and RRA 9mm AR. Is it reloadable?

I'm not sure if they're reloadable, but they are brass cases, and I assume they're berdan. I'll find out tomorrow.

Well, it took until I got to the range before I realized it says right on the side of the box that it's fully reloadable. So yes, it's reloadable.
However, there was one FTF outta the 100 I fired, so tonight I'm going to pop the shell apart with my collet. The rest of the rounds fed and fired flawlessly, and accurate.

Their ammo is an exceptional buy.  I think century arms has it for $54 for 500 rounds.  I've never had a problem out of any of their ammo.
