They are worth whatever you pay within reason, tricky to take down and reassemble at first. Make sure you get what all comes with it.

They were pretty pricey for a while when the demand was high and the availability was low. They are in stock and dealer cost on them is just under the $200 mark. I typically sell one with the 1/2X28 thread adapter at gun shows for $300

Came in just under 250.00 including tax.

Oh, you want to see a pic?

And all by itself (forward grip is "staged" for the kewlness factor, the rail is actually too small for the grip to attach).

True story. The Tequila is in the pic as a nod to Tequilabob. The shot glass actually has Jack Daniel's in it. Out of frame there is a tumbler with more Jack, but it was the last of the bottle.

I hate tequila, personally.

That is ETH's Tequila from Gunstock, it was the only semi-full bottle of recognizable liquor I had on hand.

I paid $249 soon after they came out for the S/B Had some trouble with it at first FTF FTE but 1 trip back to SW and it's been good to go. Fun little plinker and easy to carry in the summer while in the bike.

$235 on Gunbroker, $219 @ Turners, $219 @ Turners. (And no I'm not stuttering) ;-) All prices plus PRK fees-n-cr*p. I love and so do my kids. All 3.5" barrels.

Got mine at a local fun show in VA about two months ago, pad $239 out the door--3.42" bbl and standard accessory kit.

I was thinking about the light gray model, but wasn't willing to shell out the almost $400 for it.

Love how it shoots (3-5" at 25 yds when I do my part), but I've already sent it in for factory work--a roll pin located just in front of and above the safety kept backing out. S&W paid for the shipping both ways, had it back in two weeks--a GREAT customer service experience.

The first one I saw was $300, asking price, a while back, LNIB, maybe NIB
I passed due to the rear sight being canted...too hard to fix, IMO.
I still haven't gotten one as of yet...there is a gunshow this weekend...

From what I understand, yes.

Mine is sometimes very reliable, and at times, a Jam-O-Matic.

I shot it some monday...300 rounds(?) and it jammed on the second round from every magazine.

I would load a full magazine, and insert it.

I racked the slide (but you have to push it closed momentum was not enough) and then fired a round.

The slide would lock back half way. I racked the slide back, ejected the spent case and pushed the slide closed again. It would fire the rest of the magazine just fine.

It seems to be sensitive to weather. Colder days = more jams.

I would not call it reliable, but I would say it is manageable.

I have several thousand rounds through mine already and it still gives me some hiccups every now and then.

At under 250 for a .22 pistol, I would call it a good deal. Even with all the quirks.

Even after a serious cleaning it still gives me some trouble.

i paid around 280 for mine. it was the "LE" model with both barrels. i have right at 1000 rnds through mine and only began having feed problems at around 800 rnds. cleaned it and it was back to perfect. i haven't had any problems that were not directly related to it needing cleaning.

I paid 280.00 for my two-tone short barrel. I had an older one and I traded it because it was a jamomatic. The new one works fine but it is picky about the ammo. The new guns have a little better trigger and the magazines have cuts on both sides.

Mine is only being shot suppressed. I tend to get bits of blowback materials on my clothes and face. If I run mine 'wet' with oil, it is more reliable, but the oil gets all over me.

I tried running it dry and it was not as reliable.

How do you know that you hate Tequilla if you judge it by Curavo Gold. It is a mixeto that probably could not leaglly called a Tequila in Mexico. Try El Tesore anjeo. Gentleman Jack is my favorite booze but a good Tequila runs a close second.

It was "Smith & Wesson weekend" at the local gun place, so of course when I show up this week there's a whole bunch more S&W stuff. Get this, P22, the one with both barrels, $495. And they wonder why they can't move anything. Just like that SW1911 for $899 and the SA WWII MilSpec for $575. And no, they won't come down at all, even for cash in hand.

I bought one for $229, sold it about six months later. It was neither accurate nor reliable in trials of eight different brands of ammunition. I emailed the company twice to ask them what the slide was made of; no answer. I finally called, and all they'd say was "cast metal alloy". Somehow I suspect that they'd be more specific if it were a quality material. The last straw was when it went off out of battery, putting a piece of brass into my cheek. So, after finding it inaccurate, unreliable, and unsafe, I got rid of it. Too many good, reasonably-priced alternatives.
