Not only do they have his addy, the serial number is on record too.
He will get a call eventually OR he can do the honest thing, go back and square up. It happened to me once, but I wasn't paying attention on a multiple purchase. "Put the shoe on the other foot", how would HE feel? |

This could be interesting. Does the filling out of the state & federal forms equates to an ownership title if the 'buyer' fails to pay the purchase price and does the seller have any recourse. Or is your friend is in possession of a stolen handgun?
