Without actually seeing how you're shooting, the first thing that come to mind is; You are squeezing too hard and causing the gun to point inside. As you squeeze you are using the inside mucles of your forearm and could cause your hand to point inward slightly. My guess is you are holding the gun looser before you squeeze the trigger and increasing pressure on the grip as well as the trigger. A slight adjustment could cause you to be way off at 25yrds. Try firmly holding the grip and squeezing your trigger finger only.

I have a problem anticipating the recoil and tend to point the gun down. Normally happens for the first 10-15rds.

From the sounds of your description  of the problem  "shooting to the right with your left hand and shooting left with your right hand" it will be a trigger control issue,  first don't stick your trigger finger all the way through to the joint, only use the first pad of your finger. second squeeze the trigger in a straight line to the rear of the weapon

The most important thing is to practice, practice, practice.  With a new pistol the trigger will take some time to break in and smooth out. Get some dry fire caps ( plastic fake shells) and dry fire the piss out of it, this will do two things.  One it will break in the trigger,  two it will get you accustom to proper trigger control

The break-in is a continual and on going process the longer you shoot it the smoother it will get.

Minute burrs, imperfections and machining marks will continue to mate and smooth out. some advise that you should put a couple thousand rounds through before having a smith perform an action/trigger job, so this in its self will tell you that at 500 rounds your new toy is still taking its first step  in its journey

Buglight..check this link out. It might give you some tips or pointers that will help improve your shooting. You are squeezing your stronghand like your making a fist. This will cause the muzzle to move to the left if your shooting right handed and vice versa.
