Got me a Kel-Tec P32, Colt Mark IV Series 80, and Dan Wesson Model 15 6" 357mag.
All parkerized of course! I must acquire another handgun <$1k, what am I looking at? Got the 32 auto, 45 auto, and 357 mag. Hmmmm.........................................  |

I know it's nothing fancy, but how about an S&W Model 10 4" .38 Special revolver . This is a good basic, historically linked piece(The Military and Police Model). Are they still available NEW?

Spend a little more and get a Valto 1911 or a Sig 220 Sport. I do enjoy shooting mine.

Got to cover BOTH ends of the spectrum.
 A very accurate .22 for cheap fun plinking and a monster big-bore, .44 mag & up. Revolver or auto...as long as it's covered

Firestorm 9mm or 40sw nice looking guns accurate and fun to shoot or so I hear and also tanfoglio wittness it offers 9 10 mm 40sw and all different options all are reasonably priced.

Baby Eagle in 9mm or .40. Hi-caps for the 9mm are still rather cheap. That and the trigger is really nice.

H&K P7M8...the most accurate, out of the box, production 9mm...there are ones out there for under $1k
Second, A H&K P9...in .45...again, accurate, a tad funky on the controls, but affordable... Third-Sig P229 in .40S&W... last but not least-Sig P220...great out of the box .45 and it is not a single action... |

lumpy is on the right track.
can't argue with a browning hi power. i just got one in trade for a bushy upper. slim and elegant... seems pretty reliable too. those look like navidrex grips on lumpy's. mine has 'em, but in black. my two handguns are the BHP and a sig 226. two classics, should be in any collection. my next will be a big ugly wheelgun though. |

Since you have most of the middle calibers covered.
I would say: 1. S&W .500(expensive) 2. Taurus .454 3. Ruger Red Hawk .480 4. S&W Model 41 .22(excellent pistol) If you go USED you may be able to pick up a Blued Taurus .454 AND a S&W Mod. 41 for around $1000.00. |

Each post I've read makes me drool. I then decide "THAT'S THE ONE I'M GOING TO GET!"
Then I read the next post, and I repeat the process... I don't get anything accomplished here....I just spend money. What I should do is make a priority list and start checking them off. What'll nail me is when I run out of room in my safe...wait a minute, that happened three firearms ago... Well, I suppose I could cram in two more!
