Maybe I just fell off the truck, but if this has been discussed I missed it. I wonder how long it'll be before we see some 1911 barrels in .45 GAP. It's a little shorter, but is supposed to be a hot round. I don't know that there would be any advantage to this conversion, but it should be as easy as going to .400 Corbon.

IMO, you can set your watch on how fast this caliber will come & go. It'll sit next to the .41AE, .356TSW, etc. etc.

He just wanted his name on a cartridge .  I still think a short 50 cal round woulda been cool like cut a 50ae shell in half or maybe not I donno

It was designed for countries that don't allow civilians to posses military calibers. They make a 17 in 9x21 as well.
