As for the .32 vs 7.62x25, there's no comparison. Both the .32 and the 7.62x25 are virtually the same diameter in real life. Just as .380 really isn't .380 caliber, .32 isn't really .32. The .32 has a lighter bullet travelling slower. The 7.62x25 has a heavier bullet travelling at nearly up to twice the speed. It's not even close. A similar comparison would be between a .380 and a 9mm+P, or a .30 Carbine and a 7.62mm NATO.
While the .45 is indeed slower than the .357 Sig, but it's also much heavier and much bigger. Neither of which the .32ACP has over the 7.62x25. The 7.62x25 has the same practical diameter, a heavier bullet, and faster velocity resulting in far more energy than the .32.
