I just put a deposit down on a Interarms import German Made PP in 380acp approx 95%, one mag $375 + tax. Looked good so I put $ down but I am not locked in to buy it if I change my mind.

For 95%, the price sounds about right, IMO. You are neither getting screwed nor are you getting a steal. Sometimes, this is all one can hope for.  

Besides, if the dealer doesn't make a few $$$, then they won't be open any longer, no?

Well, this dealer is the largest in Buffalo and regularly charges WAY over going price and low balls the ever loving shit out of people on trades. I have overheard trade talks in there and tried my hand at it with them. They offer about 30% of going price and then mark it up 20% OVER going price and then pump sunshine up peoples asses about how little margin they have in the used guns.

Every once in awhile one or two get through the cracks and make it to the rack at a fair price.
