Is there such a thing?   At least this years model has a decent looking set of checkered grips, but is there an aftermarket set available?  can 1911 grips be adapted?

How??? My 22/45 has the grips integral with the frame. The only thing that comes to mind is a slip-on type grip like Hogue's glock grips
