Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Kahr P9 Question

I have about 500rds through my P9 mainly Hydrashok and +P factory loads and every 30 rds or so I get the same jam.

I fire the shot the slide goes back and fully forward but does not cock the trigger for the second shot. If I pull the slide back about 1/2 inch and let it go the trigger cocks.

Could limp wrist be the problem although it also seems to happen when I have a firm grip as well.

Any thoughts would be appreciated as I am trying to avoid a trip to Kahr.
