ok, what's the real scoop on the whole berretta fs mags not working in pt92 tarus guns? and if the berretta mags ARE modified to fit the tarus will the berretta mags still work in the original berretta?

thanks for clearing this up.

my reason is I was thinking of getting the KEL-TEC  sub2000 with the berretta option because I have a tarus pt92 handgun and want to know if the mags could be made to interchange.

and why did tarus change the mag thing anyway if their pistols are such a close coppy of the original berretta?

The Beretta and Taurus 92 magazines are not interchangeable.  The magazine catch slot is different enough that  using a Beretta magazine in a Taurus leads to failure to feed.

I do not know why they are different.
