Hmm. Squared Chamber on the o.d. like XD, Glock, Ruger. But with a twist of using a link pin not like a Glock, XD or Ruger that I own.
I have no idea. Maybe some sort of one off 1911 based race gun? It sure does look like a Ruger barrel. I don't own any of their P-series 9mm for comparison. |

Thanks for the guess, I will start plowing through Ruger Breakdown sheets and see if I can find anything. There are no markings at all on this thing, not even to indicate caliber.

Who knows. The only thing not leading me to believe it's for a Ruger is the link pin. Which the older ones might have used it. I think I've seen threaded barrels for Rugers. Theres no telling at all though. |

ruger p90d .45acp maybe. but you know that it is aftermarket--ruger would never make a threaded barrel.

Ain't that the truth. Unless they pulled their collective heads out of their asses. Bore looks pretty small to be .45 maybe it's just the pictures though. |

Do not only 1911 models use a swinging link? All others use a fixed notch, I thought?
Since it's 9mm, I would say it will fit some sort of non-standard/aftermarket 1911, STI, for example. My .o2 |

My first though was Ruger. It's been a few years since I sold my p89, so I dont have anything to compare it to.
