I currently have a P22 and after it got past the 500rd mark, it has been working flawlessly (both suppressed and unsuppressed).  I have a Ruger Mark II (standard), but I don't think I want to bother trying to have the barrel threaded and the front sight moved.

So...  wanting another .22 pistol to use with my suppressor, the Mosquito came to mind.  I know they don't come with a threaded barrel, so when I heard that my local FFL had received an order of Gemtech barrels for the SiG Mosquito, I ran out and bought one - since Gemtech said they wouldn't make them again - even though I don't have a SiG Mosquito (yet?).

Any comments on it as a host gun for the suppressor?

Personally, I have yet to read of a happy Mosquito owner.
