Is it possible to modify the USP rail to accept the picatinny lights that are the standard now? What's the difference between an HK UTL rail, and a standard pic rail?

I would try getting ahold of one of those companies that modify Glock frames and see what they have to say.  Keep us posted with any findings!

I don't think you could do it due to the USPs serial # being below the rails.

Here's a picture of the compact rail location:


The full size has a little more real-estate but it might be tight.
