Anyone have any experience with this? Unfortunately open carry is illegal in NY and I'm thinking about some way to get a holster onto my pack belt so it's accessible but still legal.

I use a safepacker with a Glock 19 for carry sometimes.  It is beautifully concealed in that nobody has any idea there is a gun in there, and the gun is extremely well protected.  On the downside it is a little bulky and a bit slow to use.  But overall I like mine enough that I got another size for some other guns.
