That be my patrol vehicle, 2003 Daimler Graphite Metallic, available at your nearest auto body supply store.

Part of the gimmic. The pistols they built for DHS have engraved bar coded #'s on them, so the armorers can check them in and out a bit easier,etc......

Do they all say 1 of 1000?  Or did you get #1?

Bar code is a nice "New World Order" touch

Funny, took it into the station tonight to get it approved for carry and everyone who fingered it read it, then their eyes got big.

I told them it's the latest fad in the industry right now to engrave SE equip in this manner. (SEE SEBR's and other limited edition gimmics).

It'd be nice, but no.

I bought one just after Christmas and I love it !!
I didn't get a homeland or the DAK system though just a regular P229R.  I tried the DAK and didn't care for it.
It's accurate, reliable, hard hitting and like my other SIGs, built like a fine Mercedes or BMW.
Now to order a .357 barrel for it.

I have seen the DAK system, but I havent't heard of the homeland system.  What's the difference?

No difference.
The homeland is just a P229R DAK with homeland markings.
Same as a regular P229R DAK without the markings.

If I were you.............. I'd lose that in a tragic boating accident and keep it for yourself.
