I just got a StreamLight M6 for my Glock.  Is that a good light/laser?  Any problems to look for?  Also, how tough is that to adapt it to an ar15?

The M6 like the M3 is set-up to fit 1913 picitanny rail.

I use a GG&G mount that screws into the handgaurds.  Works pretty well.  You have to drill holes in your handguards though.

EV, could screws be put through vent holes or are they way to small? Is it just a matter of spacing? TIA

GGG mount is contoured for the "ribs" in the HG. I have a set and will try to post a pic shortly........

Should'nt be too hard to get an M3/M6 mounted to an AR handguard.  FWIW, they will "not" fit the rails on the YHM 2-piece handguards.

Thanks, that's really what I had in mind.  It looks like I'll need special tools to take the handguard off?  Should this be a gunsmith job only?
