I recently bought a few guns from an estate auction.  There was a 22 deringer there.  I don't know much about it but was looking for any input (i.e.  fun for messing around, reliable, price).  It was a 2 shot and about the size of a walet maybe a tish bigger.  It came with a holster as well.  It was in excellent shape, stainless steel it looked like and no scratches at all.  Anyone got any info on these.  I don't have a handgun yet but it looked like a neat little toy for the collection.

Who made it?

If it’s a High Standard, it’s an excellent pistol.

If not, then it probably isn’t.

Any idea on what a good price would be for the High Standard.  If it's not I'll probably just skip it.  Would be nice to know if I'm getting a deal on it.
