I'm looking at an AAC suppressor for my 92D.

If I have to go aftermarket I'll get a Jarvis barrel, but does anyone know FOR SURE (ie. first hand) if the stock OEM barrel can be threaded or not? Some say yes and some say no. I called AAC but Kevin was the only one that knew for sure and he was in a meeting.

Thanks.

Well, more conflicting data.

From the Gemtech website...
"BARREL NOTES: In the thread mounting configuration, the existing Beretta M9 barrel can be threaded. All other weapons will require that the customer supply an extended barrel. Gemtech can thread any barrel for a nominal fee. "

But then Noveske Rifleworks calls me back and says that I should just buy a new barrel instead of having the stock one threaded.

WTF!
