Are they worth it.

I've got the big three in my mind Glock, 1911, and Beretta. In several versions and styles. + a couple Maks.

So I'm looking to branch out into whats cheep and works.

DO they take HP mag parts?

What can be done to them?

School me guys.

Check 1911forum.com has alot of info on them in the high power section. I own the full size arcus and it runs like a top. Hi power mags work in the gun and some parts are interchangable but not all.

Made in Bulgaria. I've heard good things about them. If the price is right go for it!

Big, bulky, rough, sharp corners, works.

That about sums it up.

I've had one for years arcus94, supper accurate, reliable and digest a variety of bullet designs.
It also excepts all Browning HP  mags, wished I still had it.

I had a couple and sold about 300 of them at the shop.  Very reliable, HP mags is a bonus, stock grips aren't hot, and the grease they use on the insdie smells like butt, but they never break, shoot good, and look pretty good.   Go for it, don't pay more than about $300, they can be found online for $250 or less.

I've been looking at the Arcus 94 for years, and despite the few drawbacks, will be looking to buy one in the next few weeks. (my "fun" budget is shot after buying the SEBR and a bunch of ammo for it and my AK)  Actually, I'm thinking about the d/a version, the "98".
