I bought a PA-63 (Makarov knock-off), at the gunshow...now I have no idea on how to break it down to clean??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

as best i recall..

clear weapon
pull down on trigger guard front
pull slide all the way to rear and lift up on rear of slide.

Be careful the slide is under spring tension. Getting it apart is easy. getting the slide back on can be a pain.

hope that helps. it's been awhile sice i tore one down.

BINGO!!! Thanks Slayer...that trigger guard trick is kinda weird. Got it apart and cleaned...thanks again!

I know one thing, for the money those are sweet guns. There is nothing fancy about them, but damn, do they work well or what? FEG has made some nice, cheap and functional firearms. Their Hi-Power clone is also pretty nice.
