Is this legal in ban or ban free states?  Which Govt. Agency do I send money to so I can keep this without going to Federal Pound You in the Ass Prison??

I guess it's a Pistol Toothbrush since the grip is made for a glock.  But does it matter if the bristles have the capacity to accept high capacity tooth paste?
