I'm looking for factory mags.  Anyone personally try the Mec-Gar mags?  I found some here-->www.copesdist.com/ruger.htm for $13.99 + ship.  Thanks.

Dude, that is totally bizarre.  But I'm going to call Ruger on Monday.  Well, we assemble AR's, etc. from parts and it is cheaper so it's not that bizarre.  Thanks for the heads up!

I've ordered the parts and assembled all of my Ruger MK mags.  Works great and it's the cheapest way to go.  Just don't expect Ruger to send out your parts the day you call.  IIRC, it took a little while to recieve my order.

I've got the list of part #'s and their phone number in hand.
