Was thinking about keeping my revolver in my sock drawer or other drawer for easy access.  Any recommendations on a soft pistol case? It is for a small j-frame revolver.

Most gun shops sell those zipper soft cases that are flat on one end & half-moon on the other. That's what I use for my guns when I want to use that style case. They run about $10-12 each, IIRC.

They work great! That's what I use for the pistols I have no boxes/cases.

I have a little plastic case with foam lining for my wife's Sig 232, fits in the nightstand draw nicely and doesnt take any space.  Also has a lock hole although a box cutter would proably open the thing up in 10 seconds.

I still use the soft cases that came with my HK USP45 Tactical and my HK Mk. 23 SOCOM.  Nice cases.
