Glock 17 or 34.
Beretta 92fs(I had one and sold it.
They are not the cheapest but best bang for the buck

I feel your pain.  I have all the glock .40's right now plus a sig p229 in .40.  I had a g19 and a 92fs and sold them.  Wish I hadn't.

Why not just buy a drop-in replacement barrel for your glock? I am assuming you have a Glock 22.....There was a guy at the local range that bought a stainless barrel off of LONEWOLFDIST.com

He let me fire it, I was very impressed with the reliability of it...LOL he was even using his Glock .40 cal. magazines with his 9mm barrel. Left the extractor and ejector alone too.

Very very cheap alternative.

A Glock 26 is a nice, small and stashable size.

I own one just because they are so prolific they can't be denied, and pretty reliable, but not 100%

I'm going through the same thing with about 200 rounds of .40 cal-  Own no more .40 cals.

I think 9mm is a good concealed carry round, better than .380 or .25

I suggest borrowing a gun, maybe from a friend or at a range that rents them.  The old adage of "you can never have too much ammo" should have a corollary that reads "even if you don't own any firearms chambered for that ammo."

I would keep it around. With the current high cost of copper & lead, it will probably appreciate.

I have almost the same problem.  My dad gave me around 1,700 rounds of .32acp.  He had a Walter that got stolen several years ago and had this ammo left over.  I'm pretty sure I don't want to buy a .32 so what do I do with all that ammo??????????????????????

Funny, I have a 9mm, but not much ammo for it.

If you ever make it to the SE Minnesota, you are welcome to properly dispose of it all through my sig.

Not in any particular order:

Browning High Power
Beretta 92FS
Sig Sauer 228/226
Glock 19/17
Walther P99

I would suggest renting a MG at a local range.  It would be a quick way to burn some ammunition, with a very high COOL factor.

Disreguard if ND is a non-NFA state.

I really enjoy my Glocks: 19, 17 and 34.

I shot my friends XD today while out doing drills. Yuck! High bore axis, bad grip angle and that damned grip safety.

If you do want to run it though an MG and you do come to MN often, Armored Fire up in the cities has MG rentals, they kind of frown on people using their own ammo though. Actually, I don't really know of they let you use your own ammo. Well, there goes that thought, never mind.

Get a Kahr.  I love my K9.  It is a very nice, compact, reliable weapon.  It's also the only one I've ever left stock.
