I have had screws come out and its a huge pain in the but to find new ones.

Use the safariland 6004s all the time...had one for my old Sig 226, now one for an HK USP fullsize....perfect dropleg...I dont think it can be worn on the belt tho?

Ofcourse screws will fall out unless you loc-tite them.
