Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What do you think of the Hogue Avenger Upper for the 1911 platform?

For those that don't know about it, it is a fixed barrel upper for the 1911.  It has a rail on top for the mounting of any optics.  The price is $849I read the previews of it a couple of months ago just wondering if anyone has one or your opinions.  The accuracy of my S&W 1911 is just fine but I like the ability to mount optics anywhere.  So what do you guys think?
