Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Recoil Buffer install on Hi-Power

Just got a Buffer Technologies unit for my old Belgian Hi Power and want to install it. The instructions don't say which way to put it in, only to insert it into the part of the slide where the spring guide goes. The two sides of the buffer are different. Does anyone know which way to insert it?

Have you looked to see if one side or the other better matches the guide rod or notch? As long as the slide moves freely, I wouldn't sweat it too much, IMO.
