hey guys check out the pics and see if you can date this bad boy for me and give me some idea of price

it has adjustable sights and a ambi safety that the guy swears are original and he said it was bought in the 60-70's

I have one identical to that. Actually, my last one was like that too. Anyway, my current one was manufactured in 1989. If you can get the serial number you can check it out on Brownings web site and that will give you the year of manufacture. But I can tell you that is made much later than the 1970's.
The rear sight is a Millet with .375" dovetail. Replacement sights (drop in) simply do not exist for this dovetail any longer. I have been looking for years as the sight sits higher than I like. HTH.
